11 Day Walking Challenge



January is the time where I am asked more or less the same question in different ways –

"Torez, what is the easiest exercise I can do to lose fat"?

If you've ever asked this, all you need to do is burn more calories in a day than you eat and you have to do this over and over again. If you do this long enough, your body will use existing fat stores for energy.

The result? Fat-loss!

You can create a caloric deficit by making dietary changes alone, but adding exercise will amplify your results. The easiest exercise option available is walking. Not just walking but brisk walking.

Walking regularly will help you maintain — or lose — weight over the long-term. Regular cardio exercise like walking will also lower levels of abdominal fat, which play a key role in the development of chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity.

I’m sure you are aware that walking can be a pretty straightforward activity as it is the mail form of movement for a human being. The best thing about it is that it can be done in almost any environment, with minimal equipment and no extra costs.
