My name is Abeke Olatorera (Torez) Samson and in 2015 I was battling with high blood pressure and diagnosed as clinically obese.
January 1st the following year, I decided that I had had enough.
Enough of being overweight, enough of having excess fat and enough of taking pills for high blood pressure.

Consequently, I went down five dress sizes, reduced my body fat, regained my confidence and was taken off medication for high blood pressure.
This was all in 2016 and I have been able to maintain my weight loss since then.
